Southeast, South and East Asia
Like the gorilla, chimpanzee and orangutan I am a member of the big apes family, however I am the smallest!
I live in the trees of the south-east Asian tropical forests of India, south China, as well as on the islands of Sumatra, Borneo and Java.
Like all other big apes, the vanishing of my habitat and poaching are the main threats hanging over my head. Protecting forests equals protecting thousands of species!
