Orders placed online are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except French public holidays or special closure. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of payment and according to availability of items.

DELIVERY TO FRANCE, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG AND SPAIN

Your parcel will be delivered by hand or delivered to your mailbox within 48 hours.
Packages are delivered within 48-72 hours from Monday to Saturday morning, except for national holidays. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up your package at your nearest post office. Packages are kept at the post office for 15 calendar days. A form of identification is required in order to receive your package. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to Coq en Pâte.
Delivery will take place within 3 to 5 days from Monday to Saturday, except national holidays, within a time frame that varies from 08:00 to 21:00 according to the business and location (urban or rural) of the Delivery Point. You can choose your closest Delivery Point. You will be informed of the availability of your package at your Delivery Point by email. A form of identification will be required in order to receive your package. The package is available for pickup at the Mondial Relay delivery point for 7 to 14 working days. After this period, the package shall be returned to Coq en Pâte.

- The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping company. These time frames are on top of item availability and order preparation time. No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the delivery destination and weight of the ordered items, in the fairest way possible.
If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination.

WHICH ITEMS ORDERED ON THE WEBSITE CAN BE RETURNED?
All items from the website can be returned. In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, return items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged.
