The entire website as well as all the rights pertaining thereto is the property of COQ EN PÂTE. Any duplication, whether it is total or partial, is systematically done under the authority of the owners. However, links such as hyperlinks towards the website are authorized without any permission necessary.
1. Acceptance of terms
The customer acknowledges having read the special conditions of sale stated on this screen at the time of the order and expressly accepts them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between COQ EN PÂTE and its client, the two parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless prior expressly written consent.
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors occur, the responsibility of COQ EN PÂTE shall in no case be engaged. The majority of products COQ EN PÂTE offers its clients are available in our warehouse.
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. COQ EN PÂTE confirms the acceptance of the client’s order to the email address the latter has given. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. COQ EN PÂTE reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. Information given by the buyer during the ordering process binds him: in case of error in the recipient's details, the seller can not be held responsible for his incapacity to deliver the product.
Orders placed online are dealt within 48h except week-end or public holiday.
Items are delivered to the address given by the buyer during the ordering process.
If the delivery address is not entered during the registration, the order will be delivered to the billing address.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on importation of products, customs duty, value added tax and other fees payable under the laws of the country receiving command.
All orders placed at COQ EN PÂTE are destined to the personal use of the customers, customers. Customers or recipients of the products will not further sell part or all of the products. COQ EN PÂTE therefore refuses any judiciary responsibility if the customer does not pay the necessary taxes.
Delivery in mainland France is done by postal service through Colissimo Expert 48h, delivered against signature. In case the recipient is absent at the address indicated, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox: the parcel can then be withdrawn from the post office within the following 15 days. Any eventual delays cannot lead to the buyer asking for payment of damages.
Deliveries in EEC countries are done by postal service through colissimo Europe. Deliveries outside the EEC are done by international postal services.
In case of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the product within the conditions planned in this document.
War, riots, fires, strikes, accidents and the impossibility to be delivered are considered cases of Force Majeure, discharging the seller of the obligation to deliver. The merchandise always travels at the risk of the recipient. Always check your parcel upon arrival. You have a 48h delay to express any eventual discontent to the transporter in case of a missing or deteriorated parcel.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the client wishes 2 places of delivery, he must place two orders, with delivery charges.
5. Retraction, return and exchange
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days after the reception of the items. In case of change or refund, send the items back as new and intact in their original packaging, with every eventual accessories, instructions and documents to the following address:

In case of exercising the right to cancel, COQ EN PATE is obliged to refund the customer the total price of the order, free of cost, except return costs. The refund shall be processed within a maximum of 15 days.
The prices are given in Euros. They are likely to be modified at any time.
The price indicated on the product description does not include transport.
The price indicated on the order confirmation is the definitive price, with any tax and VAT included for France and EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling costs, packaging and transport costs.
The price on the invoice given to the customer is the price indicated on the confirmation order given by COQ EN PATE.
The entire price of the products is payable the day the order is effective.
Payment shall be made with "CB" credit card.
Online, CITELIS of the Credit Mutuel de Bretagne allows you to pay via a bank server from CITELIS of the Credit Mutuel de Bretagne in a safe environment.
Your bank card number is then sent to the bank's servers. Thus, your payment is directly processed to the bank in a safe environment without getting through the online store's server. This is a very important guarantee, as your numbers are only communicated to our banking partner.
The order, confirmed by the customer, will only be considered as effective when the bank payment centres will have given their approval. In case of refusal from these centres, the order will automatically be cancelled and the customer will be advised by e-mail. Moreover, COQ EN PATE, has the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom would exist a dispute.
The hereby sales terms and conditions are governed by the French Law. Only tribunals of Paris will be competent in the case of litigation.
9. Legal information
The communication of personal information collected for the purpose of the online sale is compulsory, as this information is necessary for processing and transporting the orders, as well as for preparing invoices and guarantee contracts. Lack of information would lead to the non-validation of the order. According to the "Computing and Freedom" Law, processing of customer's personal data has been subjected to a declaration to the National Commission for Computing and Freedom (Commission National de l'Informatique et des Libertés, CNIL). The customer has the right (Article 34 of the January 6th 1978 Law) to access, modify, rectify and delete data about him. The customer can exercise his right with COQ EN PATE. Moreover, COQ EN PATE is committed not to communicate, either for free or with compensation, its customers' data to a third party.
