Parcel shipment

Parcels are usually shipped out 48 hours after reception of payment (and following whether the products are available on stock). The standard shipping means is through Colissimo Expert, against signature. In case of absence at the address indicated by the customer for the delivery, a calling card will be deposited in the mail box: it will then be possible to pick up the parcel in your post office during the next 15 days following delivery. Whatever the means of transfer chosen, we will communicate the tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your parcel.

The delivery charges include packaging, handling and postal charges. The delivery charges can be constituted of fixed costs and variable costs depending on the price or the weight of your order. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two different orders and you must pay the delivery charges for both. The parcel is delivered at your own risk, although special care is put into packaging parcels containing fragile objects.
